Introduction
Welcome to NELSMS, a comprehensive platform designed to streamline school operations and enhance communication between schools, teachers, parents, and students. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions
- Platform: refers to the School Management System software and services provided by NELSMS departmemt.
- School: refers to the educational institution that signs up for the Platform.
- User: refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including school administrators, teachers, parents, and students.
- Voucher: refers to a unique code provided by NELSMS that grants access to the Platform's premium features.

Free Trial

- The School is entitled to a 30-day free trial period, starting from the date of registration.
- During the free trial period, the School has access to all premium features of the Platform.
- At the end of the free trial period, the School must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Platform's premium features.

Voucher Terms

- Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the School that purchased the subscription plan.
- Vouchers are valid for a single use only and cannot be reused or resold.
- NELSMS reserves the right to revoke or cancel any voucher that is found to be sold or traded on unauthorized platforms.
- The School is prohibited from selling, trading, or distributing vouchers to third parties.
- Any attempt to sell, trade, or distribute vouchers will result in the termination of the
School's subscription and access to the Platform.

Intellectual Property

- The Platform, including all software, content, and materials, is the exclusive property of NELSMS departmemt.
- The School and Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent from the NELSMS departmemt.

Usage Restrictions

- The School and Users are prohibited from using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, malicious, or damaging to NELSMS or its affiliates.
- The School and Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.

Data Protection

- NELSMS takes data protection seriously and will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- The School and Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary consent and permissions to share personal data with NELSMS.

Termination

- NELSMS reserves the right to terminate the School's subscription and access to the Platform if the School breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon termination, the School will lose access to all premium features and data stored on the Platform.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

- NELSMS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's performance, accuracy, or reliability.
- NELSMS will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, arising from the use of the Platform.

Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

- NELSMS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The School and Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions to ensure compliance.

By accessing or using the Platform, the School and Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
